may i study here on the bases of R1 visa my pititon is done and green card process started on bases of my wife

i want to study here the evalution is done i am on R1 visa but my pitition is done and also the green card process started few months back just waiting for visa cut of dates so i do the change of status. my wife will become citizen after september of this year. and soon my file will be upgraded so i am very much leagal. now if i want to study in this case then will i be able to do so? and where can i find visa cut of dates on line? is it fine to go for one lowyer for this case or is it ok to go further our own following rulles and regulations of uscis?

You cannot study in the US with an R-1 visa. An R-1 visa is specific to religious workers and religious work ONLY. You can request for a change of status to F-1 (from R-1 to F-1). Once your wife becomes a US citizen, she can file for adjustment of status (for you). At that point, you will gain immediate benefits from adjustment of status (instead of F2a), including the ability to work and go to school at the same time while waiting for your I-485 ("green card") application to be adjudicated.

You should seek representation (attorney) if you feel you need someone to represent you. My professional opinion would be that you should wait for your wife to obtain her citizenship and then have her file your "green card" for you.

How do toys, such as Schleich Action Figures, help children's educational needs?

One of the points of giving children toys, even from the earliest age, is to stimulate their curiosity and to help them learn about the world. Children love to play, so making play enjoyable enhances the whole learning experience.

As a parent you need to spend time with your child, helping to stimulate curiosity, guiding, and generally interacting. The ability of a child to relate to people is as important of course as an understanding of inanimate objects. 
In the first two months of life a baby can only focus on objects 8-10 inches away, so it's necessary to give a baby bright coloured toys of a good size, encouraging the discovery of texture and colour. 
Play helps a baby, and then a toddler, to explore, discover, experiment, and practice new skills. A baby will hit something with its hand, then start to touch and feel textures, then begin to grasp, and then finally hold and manipulate objects. When your toddler manages to put a spoonful of porridge into his or her mouth, then that is just one achievement in a long line of increasingly sophisticated ones still to come.
Ideally, once a child becomes a toddler, toys should challenge him but not frustrate, and should be ones that he can play with on his own, but also with another child in order to develop social skills, such as the notion of taking turns. Simple building bricks are one example, and a push or pull along toy is another. Easy jig-saw puzzles with large pieces are helpful in developing motor skills, pattern recognition, and spacial awareness.
As your child grows older he will develop more imagination and more curiosity about the real world. Now he may be delighted by simple kits that help make things, such as a beginner's architect kit with different shaped pieces of plastic and mylar, or easy to build functional kits like the Engino set. This kit helps a child to learn about levers, pulleys, wheels, screws, axles, and other engineering concepts.
A recently introduced toy is the Aerobubbles Play System, which comprises a set of individual air cushions that lock together to form a playhouse, or a boat, for example.
Sets of models are always popular with children, and there is a fine range manufactured by a company called Schleich. Play-sets like these are ideal for stimulating a child's imagination and can encourage role playing and foster sharing, and ideas sharing between children.
All these toys are just some examples of the many that are available. Once a parent has an idea of the ways in which a child develops then it is possible to find appropriate toys for each progressive age group.

Where can I find 1-2 ft zombie Action Figure?

I need a 1-2 foot zombie action figure for a school project, but all of the ones I can find are either tiny 7 inch action figures or expensive and Life Size zombie props. Does anybody know where (either a store or internet) I can find something that satisfies my needs?

Movie Review: Public Enemies, Fantastic Tale Of Real Life Cops And Robbers

If you love a good action movie filled with good guys, bad guys, and some confusion of who is actually who, then "Public Enemies," starring Johnny Depp will surely not disappoint. Here I'll give you quick synopsis, the plusses and minuses, and my overall recommendation. Because this may contain a few spoilers, be sure to read at your own risk.

The movie is a loose story of the life of John Dillinger, one of the most notorious bank robbers during what is sometimes referred to as the "Golden Age" for criminals in the United States. It begins with his breakout from prison by one of his loyal gang members. He then proceeds to rob bank after bank, and live the life of a celebrity.

He was thought of as a sort of "Robin Hood," as he is shown giving back individuals their money, while telling them he was only after the banks money.

It was pretty easy back then to rob banks and get away with it, as all you had to do was outrun the local cops. Before the power of the FBI was developed, it was fairly easy to avoid capture, if you knew what you were doing.

This is exactly what Dillinger and his gang did, until the FBI changed the way it pursued criminals. The movie basically chronicles Dillinger's exploits and bank robberies while the FBI grows in power, and attempts to deal with some of the most murderous criminals in American history. Some will argue the FBI, under the direction of Hoover, expanded too much in power.

Many notice the parallels between "Public Enemies," and the 1995 film "Heat," both about bank robbers, and both by Michael Mann." Both movies are a tale of bank robbers, and authorities who are after them.

My only complaint against "Public Enemies," is that you know how it is going to end. It is a known historical fact that Dillinger was shot, some say executed, as he left a movie theater with a woman who tipped off the cops to his whereabouts. At least in "Heat," there was some uncertainty if the bad guys were going to get away or not.

This is perhaps the main drawback to movies such as these with such charismatic actors like Johnny Depp. It's hard not to feel sympathy for the character, and develop an understanding for his actions, when you know how the end is going to be for them.

However, if you love a good movie about bank robbers, and the cops that chase them, "Public Enemies" will not let you down. The writing is magnificent, the acting superb, and the actions sequences are unforgettable. Just make sure you don't get too attached to Johnny Depp's Dillinger, as he is slowly being set up to be killed in the end.

I want to sell my rock band stuff because I don't plan on using it much anymore. I plan on selling the drums, guitar, and microphone. They are used but are in great condition and there's nothing wrong with them. For xbox 360?

ok what im confused about is when logan got shoot in the head shouldnt the bullets have recashaed off because adamantium cant destroy adamantium and if the did go in that means when it healed that he has to spots on his head that r just bone and for the people who are deadpool fans he is getting his own origins movie to

What you have experienced is called inconsistency. They made up that adamantium bullet crap to make up for him not losing his memory during the weapon x program. Don't hurt yourself trying to find reasoning in it. And the Deadpool movie should be pretty sweet because the five minutes that we saw Ryan Reynolds as Deadpool was awesome.
