That's paying tribute to the enemy, isn't it? At least show have them get virtually show down by the American bluecoats!

I can imagine what Mexicans would do if they saw people dressed as Spanish troops marching as part of their independence celebration.
Max Hoopla, thanks for enlightening me. Well they better change their uniforms because it sends the message that we didn't really win our independence in my eyes because you see no one ever dressed in blue. Why? Are they afraid of offending the Brits?
The reason why the Brits were so easily defeated was because of their redcoats. American's were smart enough to know that camouflage works better when you don't wear bright colors.
There are a lot of nuts out there these days. Maybe they are representing the Hessians!

Usually they buy them from discount stores (Big Lots?) or they may just have some good connections. Outlet malls are good for this as well.

I've finished about 1200 ft/2 by hand (by myself) before, but keep in mind that someone else was placing it, screeding it, and ran a bull float over it before I ever hit it with a trowel!!
Also, this was probably in a little over an hour and a half (first truck to finished surface), and they were still pouring the last truck when I started to put a finish on the firs part (some time into the pour). I don't recommend this for a novice....you will get in over your head and loose the concrete's plasticity!!
